"1 Star (Wish I could give 0) Absolutely horrendous service. They took the money but never showed up. I was told someone would arrive in 30 minutes — I waited over 2 hours. When I called the garage again, the response I got was, “Rukja, tujhe car karwani hai ya nahi”. Are you serious? This is how you talk to a customer in an emergency? If you’re stuck and need real help, do NOT waste your time or risk your safety with these people. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and borderline rude. Avoid at all costs"

"Pathetic service.I had a very disappointing experience with GoMechanic, specifically with Keshav Automobiles. I opted for their Deep All-Round Spa and headlight replacement service for my car. However, the rubbing and polishing were done poorly, Additionally, the quality of the replaced headlamp was substandard, as it stopped working again within a week."

"I had a very bad experience with GoMechanic and a horrible experience with their service. I took my car to GoMechanic - Keshav Automobile Noida for an AC repair. After the service, when I went to pick up my car, I found that the gear cover was broken, and the car didn't look like it was in good condition. I started a conversation with them, and they told me they would fix it during my next visit. This behavior was extremely unprofessional. After a lot of discussions, they agreed to fix it, but they wasted two hours of my time. I spent ₹14,000 only for the AC service, and they returned my car in poor condition. I would suggest everyone avoid using GoMechanic service centers. Please go to an authorized service center where your car will be returned in good condition. Thank you."

"It seems, the ratings are paid or given by friends and family. I gave my Maruti A-Star for general sevice and rectify noise from the front suspension at Car-O-Bar, Noida. The facility was very small and only 1 mechanic. This was my 1st experience with gomechanic. The car was handed over on saturday and was kept at the workshop for 3 days, However they earlier promised to deliver within 1 day. From 2nd day to 3rd day, the timeline for delivery were being shifted every 2 hours from morning to afternoon to evening. This really irked me, as I was visiting my friends place and I had to return back to Gurgaon on Sunday. I visited the workshop everyday and found no other cars in service expect mine. Above all, the initial estimate given was 6k, however during the final delivery, the bill was for 10k. The increase in amount was due to replacement of tie rod and bearings which the workshop changed on his own without informing me!! Moreover, the cost of parts charged on the bill were in much higher side,got this confirmed from my trusted mechanic at Gurgaon. Post this experience, I have huge concerns over servicing my car through gomechanic, as the company randomly appoints franchise workshop like Car-O-Bar,Noida which does have basic facilities and knowledge. By the way,the sound from suspension started again after 3 months."

"Not reliable at all. I called Go Mechanic three times over a period of 3 hours and they kept promising somone will call within 15 minutes to pick up the vehicle.. No one ever did. I am still waiting. If you respect your time don't rely on them"
